We had been searching for 3 years for a work pickup in excellent condition. My husband insisted on duels, 4 x 4, 1 ton, diesel, crew cab. All used trucks seemed to have a lot of miles on them and many options we didn't need for farm work, that would just get very dirty. We had always liked Fords but had been researching the engines and decided to go the Chevy route this time. We checked on eBay and saw the perfect truck listed, only NEW. It was $2000 more than a truck we were going to see in Ohio with 66,000 miles on it and way too many options. We called and were quickly contacted by Ashli and decided to make the 3 hour trip to California, MO. We were met at our car by a salesman and immediately saw the truck. Ashli informed us of the rebates and we were able to add the running boards and gooseneck hitch using some sort of incentive dollars. Ashli and Hope worked out the arrangements quickly. Our truck was delivered to our home 4 days later with a full tank of gas. The dealership was very friendly with a hometown feel. We were impressed with the fish symbol on the ad and the gift of a New Testament Bible. WE feel these efforts were genuine. It was a great experience and we got the truck we needed, very easily. This is the second new vehicle we have purchased from Putnam Chevrolet. Five years ago we purchased my husband's 2006 Chevy Silverado HD crew cab. With both these vehicles, they went out of their way to locate the vehicle we were looking for and get it on their lot. With the purchase of the Traverse, they had it back on their lot within 24 hours of us telling them we would be purchasing it. The entire staff was very friendly and helpful.
